Mace Chasm Farm
At Mace Chasm Farm, we raise our animals with care & do our own butchery here on the farm. Our beef is 100% grass-fed & are rotationally grazed, and our Pigs and chickens forage on pasture and eat grains and whey, which makes for excellent meat and eggs. A wide variety of cuts are prepared & fresh sausages are made each week for market using fresh herbs from our fields and 100% organic spices. We are able to meet custom requests for cuts or flavoring, so please inquire if you’re looking for something unique. Our menu changes weekly as beef finishes aging or fresh pigs are on the rail ready for cutting.
