Ingredients: HHF Beef, Parsnip, Celery Root, Rutabaga, Carrot, Beef Broth, Chicken Stock, Onion, Flour, Red Wine, Butter, Horseradish, Spices
Directions: Defrost casserole, Pre heat oven to 400 degrees, remove lid, cover casserole with tinfoil, and bake for 30-40 minutes, until hot throughout. Uncover and cook 5-10 minutes more to brown the top. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
